Corporate Training is aimed at helping members of an organisation learn to cope better with work-related stress or pressure and function optimally within the workplace.
Training is delivered online to small groups (but individual/1 to 1 training can be provided). The sessions are live and interactive.
The training can be tailored to suit your specific needs but will usually cover techniques and processes to help train the mind to handle pressure and stress. These will include meditations, breathing techniques and other tools which aid relaxation and promote optimal performance.
